About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives through regular 1-to-1s and call coaching
- Craft and implement the go-to-market strategy, including target sector identification and lead generation optimization
- Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales funnel and ensure high standards of CRM hygiene
- Provide leadership with accurate, data-backed revenue forecasts
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales cycle by implementing new technologies or refining processes
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to align with the wider business roadmap
Requirements
- Substantial B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of managing and scaling teams
- A pure management mindset focused on team success rather than individual quota carrying
- Deep familiarity with modern sales frameworks such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or NEPQ
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and Gong
- Strong data literacy and the ability to use KPIs to influence team behavior
