About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives through regular 1-to-1s and call coaching
  • Craft and implement the go-to-market strategy, including target sector identification and lead generation optimization
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales funnel and ensure high standards of CRM hygiene
  • Provide leadership with accurate, data-backed revenue forecasts
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales cycle by implementing new technologies or refining processes
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to align with the wider business roadmap

Requirements

  • Substantial B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of managing and scaling teams
  • A pure management mindset focused on team success rather than individual quota carrying
  • Deep familiarity with modern sales frameworks such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or NEPQ
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and Gong
