About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and scale partnerships with top-tier media agencies and direct brands in Gurgaon and North India
  • Prepare and deliver tailor-made client pitches and propose custom advertising solutions
  • Promote and sell premium programmatic solutions including SSP, DSP, and private marketplaces
  • Partner with internal teams like Teads Studio and Account Management to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Use campaign performance metrics and data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI to clients
  • Represent Teads at key industry events and agency forums

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or adtech
  • Strong, active network of contacts across media buying/planning agencies in the Delhi NCR / Gurgaon region
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for pitching to C-level executives
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
  • Collaborative team player comfortable in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global high-growth technology company or premium digital publisher
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven optimization, data targeting, and clean rooms
