Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market across the GCC and Africa
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate flexible packaging solutions
• Coordinate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field
• Significant experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging products, manufacturing processes, and applications
• Proven track record of managing sales across the Gulf region and African markets
• Techno-commercial expertise in technical product specifications and commercial terms
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
