About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Drive new business generation through lead generation, market research, and client acquisition
- Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and partners
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify new market opportunities
- Lead negotiations and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and revenue results while preparing regular reports
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales activities and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business delivery and excellent client experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, account management, or business development
- Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong background in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality groups
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in lead generation, sales tracking, and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
