About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior institutional sales leaders to support priority accounts across banks, custodians, and payment providers
  • Build client-specific business cases framing commercial rationale, ROI, and strategic value of Ripple's product suite
  • Manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and vendor questionnaires by coordinating across Product, Legal, and Engineering teams
  • Create polished client-ready materials including presentations, briefing notes, account plans, and executive summaries
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence research on digital asset custody, stablecoins, and tokenized assets
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles by tracking risks, dependencies, and internal owners

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, asset management, or a related analytical role
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, institutional clients, and investment products
  • High level of analytical rigor with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and build business cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Genuine interest in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and the future of financial markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a bank, broker-dealer, or enterprise SaaS company
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, financial modeling, and pipeline analysis
  • Understanding of stablecoin economics, tokenomics, or smart contracts
  • Relevant financial services licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63, or SIE)
  • Spanish language proficiency
