About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop an international team of 10 Key Account Managers across 10 different countries
  • Drive a cultural shift from reactive support to proactive, solution-oriented, and consultative sales
  • Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with C-level decision-makers and top customers
  • Develop strategic sales and growth plans to expand the product portfolio within existing accounts
  • Drive new customer acquisition through structured outbound activities and strategic networking
  • Conduct international market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities and technological trends
  • Manage sustainable project pricing and margin management to ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Build and maintain a global sales and reseller network
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales activities (Lead-to-Order process)
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management regarding market trends, pipeline development, and forecasts

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of international sales experience with proven leadership capabilities
  • Solid track record in a B2B, technical, or industrial environment
  • Experience leading and motivating decentralized, intercultural teams across different time zones
  • Expertise in market analysis, business development, and portfolio expansion
  • Proficiency in internal cost calculations and complex price/contract negotiations
  • Degree in Business Administration or a technical background (Engineering/Technician) with business qualifications
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support teams and engage with customers
