About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Set measurable sales targets related to enrollment numbers, revenue, and market expansion
- Oversee the promotion and sale of academic programs, diplomas, professional certificates, and e-learning programs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to student enrollment
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and training centers
- Coordinate closely with Admissions, Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Finance departments
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports, including enrollment statistics and revenue analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in higher education or online education is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Fluency in Arabic
