Responsibilities
- Achieve planned sales goals and set individual targets with the sales team
- Lead orientations with team for broker companies
- Develop and implement sales plans
- Follow up on leads feedback and track sales goals
- Oversee sales activities and performance of the sales team
- Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team
- Promote the organization and its products
- Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making
- Prepare reports for management regarding team performance
- Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role
- Experience working in the Zayed area
- Must own a car
- Residency in Sheikh Zayed is preferred
