About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives aligned to North America
  • Own pipeline generation targets, activity discipline, and ACV-influenced contribution
  • Develop and execute high-velocity outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDR team members through training and call coaching
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including calls, emails, and conversion rates
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure lead quality and effective opportunity conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and messaging alignment
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development within SaaS
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Proven success managing SDR or BDR teams in a software-led sales environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and sales funnel dynamics
