About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of account executives focused on new business and existing account growth
- Partner with your team to build territory and account strategies to drive revenue goals
- Run weekly one-on-ones and pipeline reviews with team members
- Coach reps through deal execution and strategic alignment
- Oversee training and cross-training across the product suite
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
- Contribute to hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new reps
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasting to leadership
- Own the annual performance review process for direct reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in a SaaS sales role with a track record of hitting quota
- Experience leading or mentoring others (formal or informal)
- Strong communication skills for pipeline reviews and leadership presentations
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Experience building territories and assigning quotas
- High accountability and low-ego mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in location intelligence, data services, or adjacent SaaS verticals
- Familiarity with account expansion and upsell motions
