Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of account executives focused on new business and existing account growth
• Partner with your team to build territory and account strategies to drive revenue goals
• Run weekly one-on-ones and pipeline reviews with team members
• Coach reps through deal execution and strategic alignment
• Oversee training and cross-training across the product suite
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
• Contribute to hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new reps
• Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasting to leadership
• Own the annual performance review process for direct reports

Requirements

• 3+ years in a SaaS sales role with a track record of hitting quota
• Experience leading or mentoring others (formal or informal)
• Strong communication skills for pipeline reviews and leadership presentations
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Experience building territories and assigning quotas
• High accountability and low-ego mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in location intelligence, data services, or adjacent SaaS verticals
• Familiarity with account expansion and upsell motions
