About the Company
SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments, and internationally. As a global operator of building envelopes, SMAC performs all waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facade techniques.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business opportunities and targeting in line with agency commercial strategy
- Connect the Agency Manager and Price Study office with potential clients
- Develop a professional network to ensure detection of upcoming business
- Maintain and grow the client portfolio while ensuring loyalty
- Evaluate business opportunities globally, considering technical, financial, legal, and operational parameters
Requirements
- Degree level Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Commerce or Building Envelope
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or in price studies
- Proven track record as a business developer/prescriber
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset and strong listening skills
