Responsibilities
- Client acquisition: Create new opportunities and upsell current customers through the full sales cycle.
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Presentation and negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- CRM maintenance: Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Client feedback: Provide product feedback to the Product Team to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner management: Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
Requirements
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Fluent in German (minimum C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confident phone presence and meeting leadership skills
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Growth mindset with openness to coaching
