Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition: Create new opportunities and upsell current customers through the full sales cycle.
  • Achieve sales KPIs and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Presentation and negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • CRM maintenance: Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Client feedback: Provide product feedback to the Product Team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner management: Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
  • Fluent in German (minimum C2 level)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confident phone presence and meeting leadership skills
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Growth mindset with openness to coaching
