Sales Manager - Services

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver territory-level services revenue targets, including sound processor upgrades, accessories, and service offerings for the Kerala region.
• Execute structured territory plans to drive predictable and sustainable services growth within the existing recipient base.
• Manage the end-to-end recipient engagement strategy, providing empathetic counseling on technology upgrades and bilateral hearing outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, value-based partnerships with audiologists, therapists, and clinic teams to enable services discussions.
• Identify and prioritize upgrade-eligible and unilateral recipient pools to drive sequential bilateral adoption.
• Maintain accurate data on recipients, eligibility, and engagement activities within Salesforce to manage the services pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to execute regional services initiatives and national campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and an MBA or a related science field.
• 5-7 years of outstanding sales management experience in the healthcare sector or a relevant field.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to manage the assigned territory.
