About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue for SLED product sales and existing service/training portfolios
- Guide the sales team in identifying and capturing new market opportunities within DoD, Federal, State, and Local sectors
- Drive initiatives to transition clients from single-transaction equipment purchases to long-term integrated lifecycle partnerships
- Manage, coach, and support a team of sales professionals and subject-matter-expert sales engineers
- Monitor KPIs and maintain regular pipeline reviews through Salesforce to ensure revenue targets are met
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, and procurement officers
- Collaborate with Training Managers and Technical Service Directors to align sales offerings with operational capabilities
- Represent Noble IQ at major industry conferences and trade shows
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of progressive B2B/B2G sales experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role
- Deep expertise in selling to military, federal government, and first responder markets
- Proven track record of selling intangible solutions such as training programs, maintenance contracts, or lifecycle sustainment services
- Strong understanding of government procurement cycles and grant funding
- Ability to travel up to 40% to client sites and industry events
