About the role
About the Company
Sequretek is a global cybersecurity company offering end-to-end security in enterprise threat monitoring, incident response, device security, and identity & access governance through their AI-driven Percept Cloud Security Platform (PCSP).
Responsibilities
- Sell Sequretek products and services directly to end customers in Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and BFSI sectors
- Onboard and manage channel partners to drive product sales
- Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives
- Manage the full sales cycle including booking, billing, and collections
- Create proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and quotations for customers and partners
- Coordinate with the Pre-sales team for technical demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Maintain CRM records for activities, account details, and lead conversions
- Develop relationships with CXO-level executives across target organizations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of B2B enterprise hunting experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Cloud SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong direct selling experience with end-customer organizations
- Experience with channel partner onboarding and management is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM software
- Strong presentation, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hunting and cold calling
