Scanspac is a leading manufacturer of pre-mixed fillers in Europe, part of the Saint-Gobain group. The company focuses on development, innovation, and environmental issues to create the next generation of wall and ceiling surface treatment systems using natural raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through development of customer segments, channels, and geographical markets
• Manage and expand the customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities
• Develop and execute market and sales action plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
• Own and follow up on sales budgets, forecasts, and pricing structures
• Lead negotiations with customers and key international accounts
• Execute commercial initiatives in line with agreed strategies
• Coordinate product launches and support activities with Technical Marketing
• Handle claims and customer issues according to internal processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within paints, fillers, or building materials
• Experience with international sales and customer management
• Experience with own-brand or private label products is an advantage
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
• German language skills are an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
