Scanspac is a leading manufacturer of pre-mixed fillers in Europe, part of the Saint-Gobain group. The company focuses on development, innovation, and environmental issues to create the next generation of wall and ceiling surface treatment systems using natural raw materials.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through development of customer segments, channels, and geographical markets
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute market and sales action plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
- Own and follow up on sales budgets, forecasts, and pricing structures
- Lead negotiations with customers and key international accounts
- Execute commercial initiatives in line with agreed strategies
- Coordinate product launches and support activities with Technical Marketing
- Handle claims and customer issues according to internal processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within paints, fillers, or building materials
- Experience with international sales and customer management
- Experience with own-brand or private label products is an advantage
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
- German language skills are an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
