About the role

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives from outbound calling through deal close
  • Support deal progression and negotiation live across the team
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Account Development leadership to ensure lead volume
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations
  • Identify and lead initiatives to grow the business across the UK&I market
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Proven track record of overachievement and coaching outbound teams
  • Experience with Proof of Concept or Trial sales motions
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and project management skills
