About the role
Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives from outbound calling through deal close
- Support deal progression and negotiation live across the team
- Coordinate with Marketing and Account Development leadership to ensure lead volume
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations
- Identify and lead initiatives to grow the business across the UK&I market
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of team management experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Proven track record of overachievement and coaching outbound teams
- Experience with Proof of Concept or Trial sales motions
- Strong strategic problem-solving and project management skills
