Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans
• Set sales targets, forecasts, and monitor KPIs to ensure achievement of revenue goals
• Manage day-to-day sales operations and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team through regular performance reviews and field evaluations
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports and business reviews
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor stock movement and ensure product availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, including proven team management experience
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Experience in sales strategy development and market forecasting
• Expertise in distributor management and trade sales
• Strong skills in budget management and data analysis
