About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth by setting goals and leading sales meetings
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train Sales Design Consultants
- Monitor sales pipeline, leads, appointments, and conversions daily
- Conduct coaching sessions and participate in joint sales calls
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and company platforms
- Support sales strategy, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve construction or service issues
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in-home B2C
- 3+ years in a sales management role supervising a commissioned-based team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of CRM
- Strong communication, negotiating, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% locally/daily
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
