About the role
Responsibilities
- Increase Share of Business (SOB) in the passenger segment through close collaboration with ICF and IR Workshops
- Explore and develop new business opportunities with private OEMs such as Medha, AT, and BEML
- Drive volume growth in the Reman business through consistent follow-up
- Manage the sales funnel for all opportunities to ensure revenue and margin achievement
- Engage with customer leadership teams to market SKF’s value propositions and offerings
- Collaborate across FVC and lead PPM activities
- Lead sales operations and collection efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 5-8 years of sales and Key Account Management experience specifically within the Railways industry
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
- Proven ability to manage sales funnels and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent executive communication skills for interacting with CXOs and top management
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor or as part of a team
