Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate leads and increase event bookings

  • Conduct site inspections and present proposals highlighting event facilities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close favorable deals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in the hotel's CRM system
  • Monitor and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or meetings/events
  • Strong expertise in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and manage contracts
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM
  • Deep knowledge of the local meetings/events market and industry trends
