About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners
- Articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology solve supply chain pain points
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals
- Lead commercial negotiation processes including pricing, SLAs, and legal terms
- Monitor logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams for smooth client transitions
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B or B2C sales or business development experience
- Background in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce, or Supply Chain SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring large accounts
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
- Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills with C-level influence
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-growing startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or APAC
