Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners
• Articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology solve client supply chain pain points
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing structures, SLAs, and legal terms
• Monitor logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B or B2C sales or business development experience
• Background in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Platforms, or Supply Chain SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring large-scale accounts
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
• Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills with ability to influence C-level executives
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-growing startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region
