Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through various sales channels
• Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales closures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property sales
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days preferred
