About the Company
Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the RHD (Out-of-Home Catering) sector. We supply catering professionals (restaurateurs and local authorities) with a full range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, frozen goods, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement commercial policy in collaboration with the Commercial Director
- Manage, animate, and control a team of 6 to 7 field sales representatives
- Participate in budget preparation and setting team objectives
- Provide field support to sales representatives to ensure individual success and portfolio growth
- Organize regional commercial events in coordination with the national event service
- Ensure effective communication and adherence to internal procedures with logistics, purchasing, and accounting departments
- Provide commercial reporting as a member of the regional management committee
- Participate in the recruitment and integration of new sales staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Business or a related field
- Solid commercial experience in food distribution, ideally in the RHD sector serving local authorities
- Proven experience in managing a field sales team
- Strong mastery of sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to act as both a coach and a leader to motivate teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for challenges
