About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities in the power electronics value chain
- Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends such as Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, and EaaS
- Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle to ensure long-term partnership
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives
- Collaborate with product management, application engineering, and operations teams
- Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power electronics industry
- At least 2 years of experience focusing on energy infrastructure-related products
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
- Experience managing projects involving grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infrastructure
- Proven track record of direct customer engagement and solution delivery
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus
- Willingness to travel
