About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a sales team to ensure alignment with Polène's strategy and excellence in customer experience
  • Drive commercial objectives by monitoring key performance indicators such as turnover and conversion rates
  • Manage team development through onboarding, continuous training, and individual skill assessments
  • Organize staff schedules and rotations to optimize sales force presence based on boutique traffic
  • Conduct daily morning briefs to motivate the team and ensure operational excellence
  • Act as a brand ambassador, managing high-end international clientele and resolving customer disputes or after-sales issues
  • Oversee boutique operations, including merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working with high-end international clientele in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the luxury sector or leather goods industry
  • Deep passion for craftsmanship and artisanal savoir-faire
