About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a sales team to ensure alignment with Polène's strategy and excellence in customer experience
  • Manage team development through onboarding, training, and performance monitoring to achieve commercial objectives
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring key indicators (revenue, conversion rates, top references) and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct daily morning briefs to motivate the team and ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee boutique operations, including staff scheduling, merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and security standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador, handling high-end international clientele and managing customer disputes or after-sales service with professionalism

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within high-end luxury retail or leather goods
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people
  • Fluency in both French and English to serve an international clientele
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills
  • A deep passion for leather goods, craftsmanship, and luxury savoir-faire
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to high-traffic boutique environments
