Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team at our historic Richelieu boutique to ensure excellence in customer experience.
• Manage team performance through daily morning briefs, training, and individual skill development.
• Drive commercial objectives by monitoring key performance indicators such as turnover and conversion rates.
• Optimize staff scheduling and floor presence to meet boutique needs and high customer traffic.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all merchandising, security, and operational procedures are strictly followed.
• Handle customer relations and dispute resolution to preserve the House's prestigious image.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail, ideally within leather goods.
• Proven experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
• Fluency in both French and English to serve an international clientele.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• A passion for craftsmanship and luxury products.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
