About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the right-hand person to the Store Manager, coordinating team activities and promoting collaboration.
- Ensure the sales team understands and implements brand strategy and internal procedures.
- Manage stockists and organize regular meetings to ensure team alignment and training of newcomers.
- Contribute to the planning of store activities, resource scheduling, and morning meetings.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving deliveries, managing customer reservations, and handling packaging.
- Execute inventory procedures and perform regular stock analyses to optimize procurement and logistics.
- Propose improvements to operational processes and storage organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role.
- Proven ability to manage customer flow in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to find quick solutions to urgent situations.
- A genuine spirit of collaboration and mutual support.
- A passion for luxury craftsmanship and the ability to communicate brand values to customers.

- Previous experience within the luxury or leather goods sector.
