About the role

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and elevate the team of SMB Account Executives
  • Help team members close new business and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Evangelize the Podium story and align solutions with prospect needs
  • Build new territories and hire/scale the team
  • Lead with radical candor and manage high-performance environments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing Account Executives
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and success in a sales role (preferably software)
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
  • 4-year degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
  • Consistent history of over-achievement in sales targets
