Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales solution strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the oil and gas pipeline transport segment.
• Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide technical solutions for complex pipeline integrity management challenges.
• Ensure the company is approved and included on bidding lists for all active client RFP programs.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
• Lead negotiations and oversee contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant In-Line Inspection (ILI) sales experience.
• Proven track record in Business Development within the oil and gas pipeline industry.
• In-depth knowledge of In-Line Inspection products, services, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed and work within refinery or plant environments.
