About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage distributor relationships, including monthly purchase plan execution and PSI/BE/F2P management.
- Oversee distributor budget usage, tracking, and reimbursement processes.
- Drive retail management by implementing promotions, negotiating counter positions, and managing rental fees.
- Expand and maintain new sales channels, including the gift market and new distributor development.
- Control expenses and resources strictly in accordance with financial processes and A&P/Margin reimbursement.
- Lead and train the retail supervision and promoter teams to ensure high-quality execution and efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above.
- 8+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven background in FMCG, daily chemical, or home appliance industries.
- Extensive experience managing supermarket or department store channels.
- Strong experience in market management within the Northwest China region (including Shaanxi province).
- Strong capabilities in market analysis, marketing planning, and execution.
