Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team of AI Search Managers to consistently hit and exceed quota
• Own team pipeline and revenue targets, forecast with precision, and drive pipeline visibility and hygiene
• Join discovery calls, demos, and negotiations alongside reps for key deals
• Run operating rhythms including pipeline reviews, 1:1s, call coaching, and performance management
• Execute and continuously refine the AI Search Manager motion
• Support hiring and onboarding and feed customer insights back to Sales, Product, and Marketing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment
• Proven track record as a top-performing AE
• High bar for qualification and disciplined discovery skills
• Data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI, MarTech, or developer tools
• Experience working within a PLG motion
• Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
• Experience selling across EMEA markets
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German or French
• Experience in a venture-backed startup environment
