Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities are.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the team of AI Search Managers to consistently hit and exceed quota
- Own team pipeline and revenue targets, forecast with precision, and drive pipeline visibility and hygiene
- Join discovery calls, demos, and negotiations alongside reps for key deals
- Run operating rhythms including pipeline reviews, 1:1s, call coaching, and performance management
- Execute and continuously refine the AI Search Manager motion
- Support hiring and onboarding and feed customer insights back to Sales, Product, and Marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment
- Proven track record as a top-performing AE
- High bar for qualification and disciplined discovery skills
- Data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, MarTech, or developer tools
- Experience working within a PLG motion
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
- Experience selling across EMEA markets
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as German or French
- Experience in a venture-backed startup environment
