About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Account Executives through 1:1s, deal reviews, and skill-building
- Set performance expectations and monitor individual progress against quota
- Onboard and ramp new AEs to reach productivity benchmarks
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets and manage pipeline coverage
- Carry and meet a personal sales quota for strategic or high-complexity opportunities
- Conduct in-person client visits to build executive-level relationships
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts using HubSpot
- Identify market patterns and refine the go-to-market approach for LatAm
- Drive adoption of AI tools for outreach, coaching, and reporting
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Or 5+ years as a high-performing Account Executive with mentorship experience
- Experience selling to finance decision-makers (CFO, VP Finance, Controller)
- Knowledge of digital payments, AR automation, ERP, or treasury management
- Proficiency with AI tools for commercial productivity
- Understanding of the Mexican market and financial technology space
- Fluency in English (resumes must be submitted in English)
