About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive total revenue and market share growth for a selected hotel portfolio and the entire group
- Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and maintain existing client relationships
- Create strategic account plans for key and prospect accounts
- Collaborate with global account teams through proactive communication
- Analyze data and create reports to derive actionable plans using modern tools
- Support and represent the M&E Manager
- Plan and implement local and in-house marketing measures
- Manage social media accounts and create content
Requirements
- Academic degree in hospitality or a tourism-related field preferred
- Experience in hotel sales or hotel operations
- Knowledge of revenue and income management
- Experience in contract design and negotiation
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
- Solution-oriented mindset and positive personality
