Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and manage daily sales activity including calls, meetings, and pipeline progression
• Maintain Salesforce reporting accuracy and ensure high-quality CRM data integrity
• Monitor performance against quotas and revenue targets
• Lead weekly pipeline and deal strategy reviews
• Identify performance gaps and coach team members to improve execution
• Manage lead routing, assignment, and follow-up processes
• Support planning and execution of customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Develop individualized performance and development plans
• Partner with sales leadership to build a high-performance sales culture

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight/financial technology
• Experience managing or coaching B2B sales professionals
• Experience in brokerage, transportation technology, or logistics preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence and high performance standards
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
