About the role
Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and manage daily sales activity including calls, meetings, and pipeline progression
- Maintain Salesforce reporting accuracy and ensure high-quality CRM data integrity
- Monitor performance against quotas and revenue targets
- Lead weekly pipeline and deal strategy reviews
- Identify performance gaps and coach team members to improve execution
- Manage lead routing, assignment, and follow-up processes
- Support planning and execution of customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Develop individualized performance and development plans
- Partner with sales leadership to build a high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight/financial technology
- Experience managing or coaching B2B sales professionals
- Experience in brokerage, transportation technology, or logistics preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and high performance standards
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
