Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Support the sales team with prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress review sessions
  • Own the team's quarterly quota and deploy strategies to achieve it
  • Manage productivity, opportunities, and quality to ensure goals are met
  • Implement process improvements and systems to increase efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Account Executives
  • Coach team members on sales acumen, product positioning, and deal execution

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience managing and leading a team of Account Executives
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management methodologies
  • Proven track record of building and growing sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills for a remote environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience responding to client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity
