Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, representing the company's interests and anticipating technological, price, and quality needs.
• Drive the RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes and prepare all necessary quotations.
• Lead customer price negotiations and revisions during both development and production phases.
• Coordinate contractual negotiations in collaboration with Quality, Finance, Legal, and Purchasing departments.
• Negotiate customer contributions for tooling and development costs.
• Monitor market trends, technological evolutions, and customer production forecasts to support internal budgeting.
• Manage cash-in and account receivables for all customer invoices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work rules, and the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, specifically within a Tier 1 or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English at a business level.
• Proven experience as a negotiator.
• Strong financial literacy and understanding of automotive industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
