Sales Manager - Offtake Origination

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation and contract signing
• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners including IPPs, utilities, and offtakers
• Source, develop, and support the closing of offtake contracts between BESS owners and counterparties
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the evolving storage market
• Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to translate customer needs into clear proposals
• Ensure smooth handovers to the Operations team for successful customer go-live
• Represent Entrix at industry conferences and events to strengthen market visibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or project origination within the energy, renewables, or infrastructure finance sectors
• Proven track record in PPA origination, energy trading, or structured energy sales
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage technical, financial, and legal aspects of complex agreements
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1 level)
• High level of adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-scaling environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BESS, PV, and the co-location of renewable projects in Iberia
• Understanding of the financing context for infrastructure and renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of the Spanish energy landscape and battery storage market
