Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and SGM targets for brand-owned flagship stores and authorized distributor stores.
• Manage flagship store operations, including in-store execution, staff KPIs, assortment, and pricing.
• Oversee distributor relationships through annual business plans and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing teams on product launches, in-store activities, livestreams, and CRM programs.
• Maintain communication with landlords to optimize channel resources and store operations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply, and Customer Service teams to streamline forecasting and after-sales service.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic feedback to headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in premium lifestyle, outdoor, or sportswear consumer goods with global brands.
• Proven expertise in flagship store management and distributor management models.
• Strong understanding of social media and livestreaming to drive store traffic and transactions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written English.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
