Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales concepts for key customers and define strategic steps to achieve business goals
• Maintain continuous contact with customers through regular on-site visits
• Prepare and maintain annual, periodic, and weekly customer action plans
• Cooperate with Group teams and third parties to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide market intelligence to Strategic Marketing, including pricing, demand, and competitor behavior
• Monitor and conclude contracts, manage assigned accounts, create quotes, and maximize pricing
• Ensure full compliance with Group guidelines and internal commercial policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, technical field, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of general sales experience or minimum 3 years of experience in polymers or plastics processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Salesforce
• Advanced English language skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Valid Category B driver's license
