Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets like data centers, utilities, and healthcare
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, engineering firms, and engine manufacturers
• Conduct customer meetings to recommend modular power solutions based on technical requirements
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to develop customer solutions
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities using CRM
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scope
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of outside sales experience selling engineered products, industrial equipment, or power generation solutions
• Proven success in developing new business and growing strategic accounts
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
• Ability to travel approximately 30-50% within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
