About the role
Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of field sales consultants
- Project support during the sale and processing of milking systems
- Budget planning and control
- Market responsibility for the Bavaria and Württemberg regions
- Execution of regional and market analyses
- Close cooperation with milking technology service managers
Requirements
- Completed degree in an agricultural environment or commercial training with further education as a business administrator or retail specialist
- Experience in the agricultural machinery industry and knowledge of agriculture
- Proven leadership experience
- Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident appearance and passion for challenges in trade
