Sales Manager Middle East & Africa

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer development across the Middle East, Africa, and India through frequent customer visits and relationship building.
• Lead sales and acquisition processes, including opportunity creation and regional key account strategy development.
• Manage the full offer process, from request clarification and technical coordination to bid/no-bid decisions and final order intake.
• Support and participate in contract and offer negotiations with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Diehl Aviation at trade shows and contribute to marketing, market intelligence, and sales budget planning.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional education.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales.
• Solid background in aircraft cabin products and general sales methodologies.
• Strong intercultural competence, particularly when working with Middle Eastern customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• High customer orientation and a proven ability to achieve order intake targets in an international environment.
