Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of mid-market Account Executives
- Own and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing deals
- Develop and refine strategic outreach and pipeline management tactics
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams
- Establish playbooks, performance metrics, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven sales leader with SaaS experience
- Experience managing teams closing complex, consultative deals
- Skilled at coaching Account Executives
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and experienced in driving predictable revenue
- Strategic and flexible approach to mid-market customers
- Passion for AI and its impact on search and discovery
