Responsibilities

  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of mid-market Account Executives
  • Own and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing deals
  • Develop and refine strategic outreach and pipeline management tactics
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams
  • Establish playbooks, performance metrics, and best practices
