Responsibilities

  • Own rep performance through structured weekly 1:1s focused on territory planning, deal strategy, and pipeline hygiene
  • Drive forecast accuracy by leading weekly team pipeline reviews and enforcing Salesforce discipline
  • Act as a deal coach to build rep instincts through real-time objection handling and stakeholder mapping
  • Partner with AEs on executive-level client engagements and strategic opportunities
  • Manage rep ramp and development by owning onboarding programs and defining productivity milestones
  • Coordinate channel-influenced deal execution across strategic partners
  • Serve as the sales-side counterpart in cross-functional programs with Marketing, Product, and Client Success

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years managing Account Executives in complex sales cycles
  • Domain expertise in digital banking, fintech, or fraud/credit/identity
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded, partner-influenced deals and channel co-selling
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment with $1M+ annual quotas
  • Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Gong is a plus
  • Ability to work EST hours or based in NYC
