About the role
Responsibilities
- Own rep performance through structured weekly 1:1s focused on territory planning, deal strategy, and pipeline hygiene
- Drive forecast accuracy by leading weekly team pipeline reviews and enforcing Salesforce discipline
- Act as a deal coach to build rep instincts in objection handling, stakeholder mapping, and multithreading
- Manage rep ramp and development by owning onboarding programs and defining productivity milestones
- Coordinate channel-influenced deal execution across strategic partners to ensure clean pipeline attribution
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product to translate company goals into actionable sales follow-through
Requirements
- 6-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years managing Account Executives
- Domain expertise in digital banking, fintech, or fraud, credit, and identity risk
- Direct experience navigating multi-threaded, partner-influenced deals and complex contracting processes
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in roles with $1M+ annual quotas and 6-12 month sales cycles
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience using AI-powered sales tools like Gong
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (NYC preferred) or work Eastern US hours
