About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand Government (B2G) accounts, including DRDO labs
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Deliver product presentations and software demonstrations to clients
  • Prepare and manage RFP/RFQ responses and tender submissions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Aerospace & Defence customers
  • Ensure timely proposal submissions and achievement of sales targets

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Software Sales / Business Development
  • Proven experience handling Government or Defence accounts
  • Exposure to Aerospace & Defence sector sales is preferred
  • Strong skills in client presentations and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with tenders, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
