About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of up to 10 mobile sales representatives and territorial Key Accounts
- Monitor performance indicators and implement commercial actions to meet objectives
- Plan resources optimally and support team skill development
- Collaborate with local Halles teams and central support functions
- Coordinate between mobile sales, sedentary sales, and telesales teams
- Organize monthly business reviews and individual coaching sessions
- Mobilize the team toward common goals and participate in recruitment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven commercial experience in a similar role
- Experience in distribution (RHF) or CHR (Catering/Hotel/Restaurant) sectors preferred
- Strong leadership and ability to federate teams
- Proactive, dynamic, and ambitious mindset
- Ability to develop networks and identify best practices
